Our names are Garnet and Louise Carrick. We are a Husband and Wife team who both love to design and create hand made teddy bears and other little critters.
We live on 13 acres nestled in the trees outside the tiny commmunity of Tofield, Alberta, Canada.
Our bragging rights include 3 wonderful grown sons, 5 grandchildren and 2 beautiful dogs, Sasha and Gypsy.
We have been creating teddy bears and little ones for several years as a hobby. It was so much fun to give them to friends and family for gifts and special occassions.
We decided creating teddy bears had become such a passion for both of us, we began to turn our hobby into a full time venture.
All of our bears and and critters are created from our own designs and have been handcrafted with only the finest of materials.
Within each and every soul young and old is a need for safety and security. Embellish them with a hug and a kiss so they may prosper and flourish for all time. If they know love, they have everything they need.
P.S. If you are wondering where our name came from, well beesley was a nickname I was given many years ago, (not sure why?) and the bee represents achieving the impossible as it physically should not be able to fly, but it does!
